Returns & Exchanges
At PureO Natural Products, your satisfaction with our botanical beauty solutions is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team at support@pureonatural.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
- 3.Ship the Items
Send your return package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our team; please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
